PROGRAM DESCRIPTION


  • Learn to train with your HRT Zones and power (WATTS)
  • Two MAP (maximum aerobic power) tests will be conducted during the program:
  • – MAP test #1 on Week 2. Provide participant’s Heart Rate & POWER Zones, which will be used for the program.
  • – MAP test #2 on Week 15. Determine participant’s improvement from the program
  • Work on perfecting your form and fitness
  • Full facilities and showers
  • BIKES are Keiser indoor cycling bikes with full POWER/WATTS, cadence
  • Will be using KEISER training app this year, to track workouts
  • FREE Online Nutrition Webinar
  • Additional BONUS session during Christmas
